Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Anti-Bullying Policy
Purpose
LATAM Global School is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive virtual environment for all members of its educational community. This policy establishes the school's zero-tolerance stance toward any form of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying, including cyberbullying.
Scope
This policy applies to students, teachers, administrative staff, families, and any individual who participates in activities or virtual spaces associated with LATAM Global School.
Non-Discrimination Statement
LATAM Global School does not discriminate based on:

- Language
- Gender or gender identity
- Religion
- Educational needs
- Sexual orientation
- Socioeconomic status
- Age or other personal characteristics

Definitions
- Discrimination: Unequal or exclusionary treatment of an individual or group based on personal characteristics that affects their dignity, rights, or participation in the educational community.
- Harassment: Hostile, repetitive, and intentional behavior that undermines a person's dignity and creates an intimidating, humiliating, or offensive environment.
- Bullying: Intentional and repeated behavior intended to cause physical, emotional, or psychological harm.
- Cyberbullying: Bullying carried out through digital means such as chats, emails, social media, or virtual platforms.
